There’s another contender from NCR in Misters of the Philippines 2014 and his name is Joseph Markus Doruelo from Caloocan City. But you can call him Joseph for short.
At 20, Joseph is one of the youngest in the batch of Official Candidates. He is a Registered Nurse who finished a Nursing degree from Our Lady of Fatima University. An all-around individual, he does basketball and cycling for the outdoors and dabbles in a triple talent of acting/dancing/singing.
In his bio, Joseph stated that “My Advocacies are anti-Corruption, Employment and Health. We should stop corruption so that the funds of our government can be fairly allocated. This will benefit those who need it most. Our country can now serve as an establishment that offers jobs and quality education for better employment and progress. “
Perhaps, when he fulfills his ambition of becoming a Doctor someday, Joseph can also run for public office. Not bad for a career plan, I must say.
But for now, he wants to start building a platform by hopefully winning a national title.
