Blood, sweat and tears. John literally went head-to-head with the birth pains of insuring that the inaugural edition of Miss Grand Philippines would be a successful venture from start to finish. There were a lot of obstacles to hurdle along the way, but nothing that would put him down. And it definitely warms his heart that well-meaninged friends and colleagues responded to his call for support each and every time he needed help in whatever way possible.
Now that Miss Grand Philippines 2014 has been crowned, John can heave a sigh of relief. He is now busy coordinating with a Cebu-based fashion designer for Kimberly’s National Costume, as well as with other couturiers to assemble her wardrobe for the duration of the activities in Bangkok.
I doff my hat to you, John. I wish you a string of more blessings to help in making our participation in Miss Grand International 2014 a fruitful and fulfilling one. ;-)
