Being the most popular candidate in Misters of the Philippines 2014, he is the one who captured the most tri-media exposure – TV, radio and print – aside from being the one who benefitted the most from online social media (just like my first feature on him last July) where his seniors at PNP (Philippine National Police) must have picked up the viral spread of a Police Officer possibly becoming a pageant winner and extended the press release to all and sundry.
Neil can’t afford to take it easy in the competition.
One thing is for sure, though.
