True to his image as a warm and hospitable pageant owner and organizer, Mr. Nawatt Itsaragrisil (group photo above) took it upon himself to personally welcome a good chunk of arriving delegates at the Suvarnabhumi Airport for Miss Grand International 2014.
Starting today, the already checked-in ladies will have an official gown photoshoot for press and pageant website release. Tomorrow, they will start with an enviable tour of the Land of Smiles with a plane trip to Sukhothai for a 7-day stay. This is where the ladies will do separate visits to the UNESCO World Heritage, Temples and Historical Sites, experience the Cultural Village and Loi Krathong Festival, get acquainted with its Agricultural Farms, attend a Thai Traditional Cooking class and witness a Light & Sound Show – all in the northern province called the first capital of Siam.

Indeed, the schedule of the candidates may be full, but they will be given leisurely time to take in and appreciate the unique culture of the host country.
