This just in. Miss Philippines Kimberly Karlsson made it to the Top 20 in the National Costume Competition of Miss Grand International 2014 in Bangkok. Alongside the traditional attires of the delegates from Myanmar, India, Thailand, Japan, Mexico, Nicaragua, Curacao, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, Ecuador, Korea, Haiti, Peru, Malaysia, Chile, Hungary, Tanzania, Indonesia and Vietnam, our bet stood out in the red T’boli-inspired creation made by Cecille Buenavides.
The winner of Best in National Costume will be announced during the October 7 finals night.
