Laëtizia is one of the most beautiful Miss France placers I have seen.
Laëtizia Penmellen is like the quintessential Miss France (even if she only placed 2nd Runner-up in the nationals). She lives in Paris (originally from Provence), photographs with such amazing results akin to famous celebrities and moves with such cosmopolitan vibe. And she is all set to arrive in Manila for Miss Earth 2014.
I am always a sucker for classic beauties. Eternal. Timeless. If Laëtizia will prove to be just as good an earth warrior as she is a potential international beauty queen, then I don’t see why France will not snag an element this year. Perhaps, even the top crown itself.
