Above is the outline of the 54th Miss International 2014 in Tokyo, Japan
Above image shows part of the documents distributed by the organizers of Miss International Beauty Pageant 2014 to all the contestants. Miss Philippines Bianca Guidotti was kind enough to furnish me a shot of the same so I can inform you of a few interesting changes in the competition this year, as follows:
1) On November 11, there will be ten (10) finalists instead of the usual fifteen (15). (tougher!!!)
2) In place of the traditional Top 3, there will be five (5) winners in the magic circle – one (1) Miss International 2014 and four (4) runners-up. All five ladies will extend their stay in Japan up to November 19. (more to share the bounty!!!)
3) Aside from the Miss Friendship 2014 and Miss National Costume 2014, three (3) new Special Awards will be handed out on finals night, and they are:
a) Miss Perfect Body 2014 – to be given to the best proportioned contestant
b) Best Dresser 2014 – to be given to the who looks the best and the most elegant in the evening gown
c) Miss Internet Beauty 2014 – to be given to the contestant who got most in the worldwide online voting.
