Miss International 2013 Bea Rose Santiago is ready to crown her successor tonight.
But for Venezuela and the Philippines, the competition for number of wins is a tougher tug-o-war. The former has already collected six (6) victories and the latter five (5). And if either of the two would come out victorious, then we are looking at the South American country swelling to seven (7) or the Asian pageant powerhouse tying for most titles in the history of the pageant.
