Victor Zanatta, the entry of Fernando de Noronha, was proclaimed winner, with Mister Puerto Rico getting 1st Runner-Up. The rep of Saona Island clinched 2nd Runner-Up, while the rep of India closed the Top 5 with a 4th Runner-Up finish.
Congratulations to all the winners, but most especially to Adam who did us proud with his placement. :-D
