Our Megan is waxing sentimental thoughts in her latest post. Inspired by the pep talk Julia Morley gave to all the Miss World 2103 candidates, she is – in turn – relaying a message of positivity regardless of the anger or intrigues surrounding each one of us. It’s just so appropriate that so many things are happening right now – the crisis in Zamboanga City, the pork barrel scandal and on a smaller scale, the hosting worries of the pageant in Bali instead of Jakarta.
What tugs my heart is her firm resolve to fight till the end. Of course, you know what she is referring to. On our part, we should avoid getting into clashes with others (especially those form other countries) when defending her. It’s like Megan is saying something like “…let’s kill them with kindness.”
