What used to be on Ann's head is now on Janicel's and vice-versa
Blame it on Janicel’s smaller head. Her original Bb. Pilipinas International 2015 crown wasn’t a good fit and the thing keeps on sliding down to her forehead and looking like oversized unless fastened to her hair by a box of hairpins.
So how to resolve the issue? Have her exchange crowns with Bb. Pilipinas Tourism 2015 Ann Lorraine Colis. That way, there will be no concerns about ill-fits anymore.
FYI, that Bb. Pilipinas Tourism crown – now being worn by Janicel was originally used by the Bb. Pilipinas Universe winners during the 90s. Ironic, huh?
