The 25 year-old is Miss Vietnam but could also pass off for a Filipina.
Truong Thi May is aged 25, stands 5’7.5″ and is actually a mix of Vietnamese and Khmer descent. While she was born in Cambodia, Miss Universe Vietnam 2013 actually grew up in the Mekong Delta (specifically in An Giang) and is now based in Ho Chi Minh City.
A fashion model by profession, her looks can be deceiving. She can easily be mistaken as Thai or Filipina at first glance. And this beautiful lass could be Vietnam’s most promising Miss Universe bet to date.
