Training Day 1 with John Cuay
Last Friday, April 10, Training Day 1 of #ProjectPhysique #MsUniverse2015 has officially started with the master trainer (John Cuay) and the student (Pia) at Gold’s Gym Glorietta.
Can I just say that the dedicated gym plan for the latter is a punishing one, a literal “no pain, no gain” approach that can only be endured by the most focused and strong-willed. And Pia will be going through the whole physical transformation the hard way. No ifs, buts, needles or liposuctions at all. She wants all of us to fully appreciate her hard work by the time she is ready to display her Miss Universe fit body. ;-)
