“It pays to functionally train one’s core! Pia did a 4 level intermediate core challenge. SUPINE – MERMAID – KNEE – STAND! Short term goal is met this month, which sorta put a smile on my face. Significant changes as far as numbers in the waist and thighs are concerned. We are on the track people! Yahooooo!!!

“Workout of the day! – “2 direction leg circles, roll over, and partial V pose at the end range”
The 29 core muscles are made sure to contract all throughout this particular workout. The extremities are isometrically contracting as well. The V pose at the end is to make sure that every muscle of Pia’s body is being worked out. 1 out of 20 exercises that she did earlier at Golds Gym Glorietta.”
