Christine Balaguer was the special guest for the National Disability and Rehabilitation Week Event in Lucena, Quezon
Earlier this week, Miss Manila 2015 1st Runner-Up Christine Balaguer was the Guest of Honor of the City Government of Lucena, Quezon in their event coinciding with the 37th National Disability and Rehabilitation Week that sought to elevate health and wellness opportunities for persons with disabilities to a higher level.
Christine was at her most happy taking part in the endeavor, as well as sharing time with other individuals who have been limited by their respective physical concerns like blindness, loss of limb and being deaf – something that she can identify with.
