Above is the photo of Miss Philippines Rogelie Catacutan during the National Costume Competition where she donned a Filipino Terno created by Designer Phillip Tampus. It was an outstanding work from the Cebu-based artist.
In the final judging, though, the representative from Indonesia was named best in this category, alongside Spain (Miss Warsaw Expo), Estonia (Miss Motoshow) and Mexico (Miss Fashion City). :-)
