Pia and the brands heralding her arrival

 
It’s not only the Filipinos in general – her countrymen, fans, admirers and constant followers – who have enthusiastically heralded her arrival in the country yesterday morning for a much-awaited Homecoming. Even the different brands – both local and global – have thrown in their support by way of coming up with advertising thrusts that zero in on her achievement as the country’s 3rd Miss Universe.

So far, nine have stepped forward – Coca-Cola, Philippine Airlines, Jollibee, Nescafé, Bear Brand Adult Plus, Kitkat, Heinz Catsup, SM Accessories and Maggi – to show their pride in Pia’s achievement. I expect more to follow suit in the days to come, especially during the ticker tape parade tomorrow, January 25.

Of course, official endorsements will definitely flood the way of Miss Universe. And I am interested in knowing which ones she will eventually become the face of in the upcoming months. :-)
