Looks like the schedule of activities are adjusting earlier at Carousel Productions. With Miss Philippines Earth 2016 being penciled for a date earlier than usual (April instead of May), the search for Miss Earth 2016 has also started inviting potential international beauties who want to be part of the next roster, with those qualified being recommended to their respective countries of citizenship. And if plans do not miscarry, this could be another foreign-hosted edition after Vienna took the helm in 2015.
