Binibini 36 Maria Gigante is all pumped up for Bb. Pilipinas 2016. And she is not alone in the fight. Aside from her very supportive and well-intentioned family and friends in Cebu and Manila, she is also getting full back-up from the Gigantics, a fan base that has been started to give all the love and cheers for this lovely Cebuana.
Well-spoken Maria knows how tough the journey to one of the crowns will be. But ever the fighter with the heart of a champion, she will continue with what she does best and do every single one of her followers proud in the process. After all, the Queen City of the South has a very good track record in the nationals ever since Kris Tiffany Janson got the Intercontinental pennant two years ago, followed by a Supranational clutch for Rogelie Catacutan last year.
The streak needs to continue. And if ever her fate is to be the next, then Maria is up for the challenge. ;-)
