Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach
Everyone who attended the Press Conference of Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach earlier at the Novotel Manila Araneta Center expected some sort of surprise announcement during the proceedings. After all, there were three big chairs in front of the stage and we assumed that the 3rd one was meant for either Miss Universe Organization’s Paula Shugart or at least Esther Swann (who was busy checking the venue itself before Queen P arrived)
But no. Nothing of what was expected to be announced, or anything to that effect, happened. It’s a good thing that the meeting of Manny Pacquiao and Queen P downstairs materialized since they are both under the IMG Group.
So will everyone’s anticipation be satisfied by Sunday night during the finals? Paula Shugart will definitely be there.😉
