Janicel Lubina is not the only girl from Palawan among the trainees of Kagandahang Flores. Cindy Pacia Madduma is another one.
The Nursing graduate from Palawan State University was working as a Private Duty Nurse before she was recruited to train with Rodgil Flores here in Manila.
Based on the birthdate info provided in her Facebook page, Cindy turned 26 last December 13. And that means she will be able to vie only for Miss Universe Philippines. Bummer. But that’s why rules are made. Anyways, she can still join the screenings and hopefully become one of this year’s official contenders.
