17 year-old Spencer stands just a shade below 5’10” and a sophomore of Tourism Management at Manuel Enverga University Foundation. He is excited with the opportunity to represent the Philippines abroad and promises to do his best in the competition where he will share his talent in modern interpretative dance that will showcase Philippine Tourism. His wardrobe for the contest will be provided by Designer North Ortiz of Fashionorté who also happens to be his manager.
Guests who graced the occasion include Gentleman of Lucena Mohammad Ali Imran Atendido for Gentlemen of the Philippines, Quezon’s Top Model Quest winners led by Ian Anthony Tan and Charisse Gutierrez, winners of Mr & Ms Teen Candelaria and Mr & Ms St. Anne plus Spencer’s friends.
Spencer’s participation in the international teen pageant has been made possible by Gentlemen Charities Incorporated led by Ms Precious Anne Medina with the full support of Mr Jaylo Pizzara and his JOP/Galaxy Events Management team.
