Selfie time with President Duterte and Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach
Yesterday, Miss Universe Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach made her second courtesy call to a second Philippine President during her reign. This time, she spent some time with newly-elected President Rody Duterte who was visibly elated with the visit from the most beautiful woman in the Universe. No serious talks about the hosting of the beauty pageant in the country yet. Plain pleasantries with our Head of State. In her salmon-colored Bessie Besana number, she was accompanied by Jonas Gaffud of Mercator and Aces & Queens.
A selfie was in order, of course. And a visit to the Department of Tourism soon followed. This could be where deeper talks about Miss Universe transpired. But I’m jumping in for now. This matter is so big that it won’t help much to constantly hype the increasing possibilities.
