With the upcoming return of Miss Asia-Pacific International this year, I decided to make a senti feature on the 2003 edition of its predecessor-pageant Miss Asia-Pacific which has an available complete video uploaded on YouTube.
That was the year when Tatyana Nikitina of Russia was proclaimed winner with her court that included (an equally deserving winner) 1st Runner-Up Shonal Rawat of India, 2nd Runner-Up Andrea Ovares of Costa Rica, 3rd Runner-Up Tracy Freundt of Peru and 4th Runner-Up Samantha Wong Wye Yeng of Malaysia.
