Above are still shots from the short film “Let Go” where Binibini 27 Hannah Ruth Sison was featured. She will never let go of the Bb. Pilipinas dream, though.
At this point, Hannah Ruth is still fighting. She may not be enjoying a strong-favorite status, but her turn during the primer last Sunday night proved that she can be a force to reckon with if given the opportunity to shine. Her peg is molded closely to that of a smart career woman who wants to become a beauty queen – complete with the confident stance of a well-trained communicator. I am actually quite fond of her looks whenever she’s wearing those teaching eyeglasses.
If the judges see the type of modern Filipina beauty in this Binibini, then she should be able to go one step higher than her performance during last year’s finals. She deserves a minimum semifinal spot where she can prove her real mettle during the Q&A. Now if that happens, then I’m pretty sure she will hang on tough and never let go of her original mission in the pageant: to represent the Philippines abroad and do our country proud.
Who’s with Hannah Ruth this time around? :-)
