Ria and Patricia Lae are R-L's inaugural bets for MWP
R-L could very well stand for Ria-Lae, or the names of R-L’s Angels for Miss World Philippines 2013. This year being the relatively fledgling beauty camp’s first official entry into Cory Quirino’s pet pageant, Mr. Lacanienta is eager to establish his presence and possibly nail a top spot – if not the highest honor – during the finals night middle of the month.
And with both Ria Rabajante and Patricia Lae Ejercitado out to win for themselves and their mentor, there’s a very good chance of success for one or both if we are to gauge their pageant experiences. The question is which one.
Right now, I give the slight edge to Patricia Lae, but that is only because Ria still exudes that nagging teeny-weeny uptight quality in candid or on-the-spot photos I can’t help but notice. And the former has already shed off all her inhibitions after years of practice by delivering a more smoldering appeal, be it in choreographed poses or ambush shots.
