Owing to the lack of an official statement from the local franchise holders for Miss Progress International, Giuseppe Borillo of the international organization stated that the real reason behind the no-go of Julian Aurine Flores to Puglia, Italy is that she was denied issuance of an Italian visa and not about the lack of budget for return airfare. Of course, I am posting the screencap above since everything is still alleged without full disclosure from the ones who are really in-charge of fixing all of our rep’s travel documents.
I know that doing liaison work with the different European embassies can be a test of patience. But the answer is already there. Patience. Nothing can be handed on a silver plate based on just an endorsement letter. Important documents need to be attached as support. I should know because a very good friend co-owns a travel agency booking land arrangements for multiple-country coach tours in Europe and the Mediterranean.
I’m just disappointed that what allegedly happened to Janicel Lubina and her visa application with the Egyptian Embassy (for Top Model of the World 2014) was allegedly experienced by Julian with the Italian Embassy as well. Tsk tsk tsk.
