While nobody was looking, a Filipina was crowned Miss Campus World 2013 in Malaysia last Dec. 5. Maria Isabelle Zaragoza Mendoza of Cebu (photo above) captured the honor, together with Singapore’s Ian Chua who was named Mister Campus World 2013.
It was a double celebration of sorts as Roland William of the Philippines (photo below) took 1st Runner-Up honors in the male category, with Malaysia’s Gurmesh owning it on the distaff side.
