“Ikebana” is the Japanese art of flower arrangement or more philosophically-speaking, life and flower.
The delegates of Miss International 2013 learned about “Ikebana” from a Japanese expert. I guess they all have a better appreciation and view of flowers now – not just beautiful things to look at but works of art that could also parallel life’s positive blessings and energy.
While this may not be Bea’s first time to watch an “Ikebana” lecture, I’m sure this was her unique opportunity to try doing the same and in the company of lovely ladies from different countries.
