I just want to share the photo burst of Miss Universe Philippines 2014 Mary Jean “MJ” Lastimosa from the moment that her number and name were called by the hosts as the big winner of the Bb. Pilipinas 2014 Coronation Night last March 30. A dramatic set of images, I must say. And she doesn’t even need to control her emotions. All the reactions were so genuine – like telling everyone “At last!“

Will she be the country's third Miss Universe?
At this point, I can’t see a Binibining Pilipinas who is hungrier in bringing back the honor that has eluded the country for more than four (4) decades now. And I am stating that because she has shown to all of us a remarkable level of resiliency and determination that will fuel up her bid in Miss Universe 2014.
Condition your mind, MJ. As early as now, visualize the Diamond Nexus Lab crown on your head! :-D
P.S. Hangga’t maaari, iwasan natin ang pagsagot ng pabalang sa mga komento sa banyagang message boards na pumipintas kay MJ. Kung hindi n’yo pa alam, nakikita na nila ang kakayahan ng ating pambato na kumabog at lumugar sa MU2014. Ngayon pa lang, ginagatungan na nila ang iba nating kababayan na tumaliwas at mag-duda sa ating kinatawan. Ang mga pintas tungkol sa kanyang taas at iba pa ay hindi na dapat binibigyan ng maaanghang na sagot.
